BK Construction Group was created in March of 2023 by Brad Mitchell. I, Brad Mitchell, am the licensed qualifier for the Certified Building Contractor's License. I have over 10 years of experience in commercial construction management, mostly for Construction Developers of retail facilities, and decided this year to start my own company. Although BK Construction is freshly created, I have the experience, drive, and connections to successfully complete any construction project presented. BK Construction operates in all of Florida, with Tampa/Sarasota being our home base. We specialize in interior build-outs, shell remodels, and exterior facade improvements of retail shopping centers. Something that sets us apart from our competitors, is our pre-construction commitment to the client. For no additional charge, we will operate as the client's representative with the Authority Having Jurisdiction to help push the project through the permitting process. Our methods lead to a faster project commencement date, as well as a speedy completion.
