He adds an extensive knowledge of Residential, Commercial, Federal, Hospital, Commercial Retail, Underground Utility construction, and Project Management procedures. His experience spans all phases of construction: Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Technician, Project Inspector, Civil Design, Foundation Design, Carpentry, Masonry and Concrete work, Heavy Equipment Operations, Grade Surveying, Estimating, Project Management, and Construction Management. He is also proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Primavera. Mr. McKethan is PMP certified and has learned to effectively use PMI Management methodologies on project operations and procedures.
