Welcome to Smith-Nadenbousch Insurance, Inc. Smith-Nadenbousch is an independent insurance agency that was incorporated in 1957 with the merger of the J. Roy Nadenbousch Insurance Agency and the Clyde E. Smith Insurance Agency both founded in Martinsburg, WV, in the early 1900's. Since that time we have opened offices in Charles Town, WV, in 1971, and Berkeley Springs, WV in 1980, and purchased numerous other insurance agencies including one whose roots go back to the Dawson Insurance Agency which was founded in 1869.

Smith-Nadenbousch Insurance has proudly provided expertise in all insurance related matters. The primary goal of our agency is to provide superior service and a wide range of products and solutions for all your insurance needs.
