PAUL LADNER DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION has been designing and building in the Bay Area since 1978.  We specialize in residential and light commercial work, with emphasis on fine homebuilding, custom remodeling, construction management, and home inspection services.  Over the years we have earned an excellent reputation for superior craftsmanship, personal service, and client satisfaction.

In 2017  we began to dedicate our creative energies to architectural interests and slowly phase out the construction side of our business.  We now provide residential design, building plans, permit acquistion, and consultation.
